As a SaaS Account Executive (AE) on our Inspection & Real Estate team, you’ll sell software that helps home inspectors run and grow their businesses. You’ll manage the full sales cycle — from generating leads to running live product demos and turning prospects into long-term customers. Your work directly supports small business owners by helping them save time, increase revenue, and simplify operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2–5 years as a quota-carrying sales representative
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions, ideally to SMBs
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce
  • Coachable, curious, and motivated by solving problems for small business owners
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Self-starter with a track record of success in a remote work environment

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads
  • Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities
  • Host live product demos via screenshare to walk inspectors through workflows and tailor the pitch to their business
  • Explain and demonstrate product features clearly and consultatively
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competing solutions and deeply understand the role of the home inspector and how their business operates and evolves
  • Upsell additional products and services where appropriate
  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity and deal notes in Salesforce, and provide regular updates on deal progress and forecasts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Account Management, Analytics, and Operations
  • Occasionally travel to industry conferences or events to represent the company and engage with inspectors in person

  • Pay Range: $52,500.00 - $70,000.00 Annually
  • Please know your actual pay at Porch will reflect a number of factors among which are your work experience and skillsets, job-related knowledge, alignment with market and our Porch employees, as well as your geographic location.
