Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Materials Management experience/qualifications. (Demand & Supply Planning)
  • Experience and knowledge of Oracle and MRP functionality.
  • Attention to detail, with excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills - Ability to lead, contribute, and influence in a matrix organization.

Nice To Haves

  • Well organized and must be capable of decision making, prioritizing, and working to agreed schedules and targets.
  • APICS Certification.

Responsibilities

  • Lead S&OP process and rhythm for FPS Onshore
  • Responsible and accountable for implementation of S&OP process.
  • Communicate with regional sales & commercial team fully understand business trends, opportunities, and demand forecast.
  • Analysis of sales forecast and understand changes in demand which will require action.
  • Work with materials planning and sourcing team to build supply plan.
  • Ensure data is accurate and appropriate to enable clear decision making.
  • Accountable for the aggregation of region forecasts into a global product line forecast including Identification of risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and prioritize continuous improvement projects to maximize value of S&OP.
  • Ensure product life cycle management for new and obsolete products is incorporated into the S&OP process.
  • Work with operations to locate existing inventory or substitutions for open orders.
  • Ensure demand, supply, and other signals are aligned and communicated.
  • Work collaboratively with the FPS Global Materials team to leverage processes, lessons learned and experience.
