About The Position

onsemi is seeking a candidate with strong problem-solving and analytical skills to join the Supply Chain Operations team and manage revenue and the S&OE process. The role manages revenue and external WOI targets and execution to help ensure the company meets its guidance and commitments.

This is an on-site role based in Scottsdale, Arizona, working with a global cross-functional team that includes sales, business unit, operations, finance, and supply chain professionals. The manager leads a weekly review of current-quarter and current-quarter-plus-one trends and tracks and assigns actions needed to meet targets.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to analyze details and synthesize them into a broader narrative.
• Strong data skills.
• Experience with Power BI and/or QlikView.
• Experience working with a broad range of cross-functional teams.
• At least 5 years of revenue management experience.
• BA or BS degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Data Science, Finance, or a related field from an accredited university.

Responsibilities

• Own the weekly corporate revenue management meeting, working cross-functionally with sales and business units.
• Gather input on supply opportunities and risks and assess their revenue impact.
• Track distribution WOI and ensure sell-in targets are met while sales manages POS.
• Review the impact of risks and opportunities on margin.
• Manage the last two weeks of the quarter tactically with logistics on a daily basis.
• Work with sales to assess expected turns within a quarter and whether existing supply can support them.
• Ensure business unit and sales tracking meets corporate expectations.
• Build a weekly executive-level presentation on revenue and backlog trends.
