About The Position

As a S/4HANA Transformation OCM IT Lead here at Honeywell, you will partner with the S/4HANA Transformation Program team to drive effective change adoption across the assigned region. You will be accountable for executing and continuously improving the Organizational Change Management (OCM) methodology and ensuring the enabling toolset and learning platforms align with that methodology. In this role, you will impact the successful deployment of S/4HANA by driving change readiness, training, and user adoption outcomes through strong program discipline, analytics, and KPI-driven reporting.

Requirements

• Experience with S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) methodology.
• Familiarity with enabling toolsets and learning platforms.
