This is a foundational and transformational leadership role on our Partners & Ecosystems team. Seismic’s technology and platform ecosystem is a strategic growth lever and we need an executive to own it end to end. You will take Seismic’s product strategy and translate it into the partner relationships, commercial agreements, and ecosystem architecture needed to execute it. This means knowing where Seismic is going as a product and ensuring the right external partnerships are in place to get there. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, partnerships, and GTM growth. The right person deeply understands where the product is headed, can identify which partners accelerate that vision, and can close the commercial and technical agreements that make it real. This role is not designed to be a step up from current partner co-selling motions. Instead, this role is designed to be a significant catalyst for revenue growth by monetizing build on/in/with partners. This role will report to the current leader of Partners & Ecosystems, but it will also operate with executive scope and C-Suite visibility from day one. We are looking for a leader who can both think strategically and execute tactically - someone who brings a strong point of view on where the ecosystem is headed, has the credibility to operate with senior executives internally and externally, and is equally comfortable getting deep into partnership strategy, technical integrations, business case development, and operational execution. This is not a role for someone who simply manages relationships. This is a builder role for a leadership team who are excited to stand up a new function, create structure, operate with autonomy (and authority), and personally drive strategic outcomes.
