We’re seeking a seasoned, hands-on sales leader to serve as a first-line manager for our AI Account Executives across the Americas. As Regional Vice President, you will be responsible for building, coaching, and scaling a high-performing team of enterprise sellers focused on new logo acquisition and strategic expansion within large, complex organizations. This role blends people leadership, deal leadership, and operational rigor. You will set the standard for selling excellence at NiCE Cognigy—driving predictable pipeline generation, disciplined execution, and consistent attainment—while acting as a trusted partner to customers and internal stakeholders alike. The ideal candidate is a proven enterprise sales manager, with experience across multiple industries & verticals, who can coach consultative selling, forecast accurately, and operate effectively in a fast-growing, matrixed environment.
