As the Maintenance Intern, you are part of Best People. You will work with other maintenance personnel utilizing our Best Systems, to complete project work including fabrication, installation, welding, grinding, painting, using hand tools and power tools. As the Maintenance Intern, you have fundamental skills working with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Because you are passionately committed to being the best, you seek opportunities to learn and grow your skillset. The Maintenance Intern will help us to grow our business relationships, using your foresight to see potential issues and by delivering timely solutions to avert those same issues to produce Best Results.

  • Ability to prioritize work to ensure team safety, quality, and delivery of assigned tasks.
  • Experience performing work safely both indoors and outdoors.
  • Experience and willingness working weekends.
  • Experience and ability to safely lift items up to 70 lbs.
  • Experience working in hot and damp environments, wearing PPE, climbing stairs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and standing/walking for extended periods of time.
