About The Position

Holiday World RV is seeking an experienced RV Technician to join their service team. They offer steady year-round work, growth opportunities, and consistent volume. The ideal candidate will have experience with RV systems including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliances, slide-outs, roofs, and flooring. This role involves diagnosing and repairing various RV types, planning work, providing estimates, installing accessories, and documenting repairs. Technicians will also stay updated on factory bulletins and may mentor trainees.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience working on RVs, campers, or comparable trades (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair)
• Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to work independently once you know the job
• A professional attitude and the kind of work ethic that values a good day’s work for a good day’s pay
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

• RVTI or manufacturer certifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing travel trailers, fifth wheels, and motorhomes
• Planning your work, providing accurate labor estimates, and keeping advisors updated on progress
• Replacing components, installing accessories, and completing manufacturer warranty work
• Documenting repairs clearly through our paperless system so you get paid for every hour you turn
• Staying current with factory technical bulletins and attending paid factory training
• Mentoring trainee techs as your experience and interest allow
