About The Position
Holiday World RV is seeking an experienced RV Technician to join their service team. This role offers steady, year-round work with opportunities for growth in an established dealership group that has expanded significantly over the last 20 years. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliances, slide-outs, roofs, and flooring, and is looking for a stable work environment.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience working on RVs, campers, or comparable trades (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair)
- Strong diagnostic skills and ability to work independently
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Nice To Haves
- RVTI or manufacturer certifications
Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and repairing travel trailers, fifth wheels, and motorhomes
- Planning work, providing accurate labor estimates, and updating advisors on progress
- Replacing components, installing accessories, and completing manufacturer warranty work
- Documenting repairs clearly through a paperless system
- Staying current with factory technical bulletins and attending paid factory training
- Mentoring trainee technicians
