This role involves being a jack of all trades, conducting vehicle inspections, performing exterior and interior cleaning, and prioritizing customer interactions. Requirements

Experience in providing customers with world-class customer service.
Valid in state driver's license.
Strong written/verbal communication skills; able to read, write and speak English to interact effectively with a global customer base.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
Must be at least 21 years of age to operate company vehicles (due to insurance requirements).
Open availability to work weekends and holidays based on business needs.

Responsibilities

Lead and perform the exterior and interior cleaning of campers, ensuring they are shiny, safe, fully operational, and ready for adventure.
Conduct vehicle inspections, identify and report visible or observable issues/damages to ensure safety and readiness.
Safely operate and maneuver company vehicles within the station lot, including parking, staging, and repositioning vehicles in an active environment with other moving vehicles and pedestrians.
Explain and ensure customer satisfaction during key handover for pick-up and return of campers.
Manage payment processes, check in rental payments, and collect security deposits.
Support the station team with all daily tasks to ensure customers are prepared for their adventures.
Work with the Station Manager on daily operations and customer satisfaction.
Be a self-starter and hands-on to get the job done.
