About The Position

This is a seasonal full-time position that runs from June to November. The company is looking for a candidate who is open to yearly seasonal work, ideally working each year from April to November (approximately 8 months), with a winter break and then returning to roadsurfer in April each year. The role involves being part of an open, fast-growing team with ambitious goals and a positive team spirit, focusing on shaping the future of outdoor travel and building an ecosystem for sustainable outdoor travel.

Requirements

Experience in providing customers with world-class customer service.
Valid in state/province driver's license.
Strong written/verbal communication skills; able to read, write and speak English to interact effectively with a global customer base.
Must not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
Must be at least 18 years of age to operate company vehicles (due to insurance requirements).
Open availability to work weekends and holidays based on business needs.

Responsibilities

Lead and perform the exterior and interior cleaning of campers, ensuring they are shiny, safe, fully operational, and ready for adventure.
Conduct vehicle inspections, identify and report visible or observable issues to ensure safety and readiness.
Safely operate and maneuver company vehicles within the station lot, including parking, staging, and repositioning vehicles in an active environment with other moving vehicles and pedestrians.
Explain and hand over keys to customers upon pickup and return of their camper, aiming to make their roadsurfer journey unforgettable.
Manage payment processes, check in rental payments, and collect security deposits.
Support the station team with all daily tasks to ensure happy customers leave the station.
Work closely with the Station Manager on daily operations and customer satisfaction.
Be a self-starter and demonstrate a hands-on mentality to get the job done.
