About The Position

Fraserway RV is looking for an RV Service Technician to join our Edmonton team. Whether your experience comes from the RV, automotive, heavy-duty, marine, or trades industry, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed in the growing RV industry. As an RV Service Technician, you'll inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide variety of RVs, helping our customers enjoy safe and worry-free adventures.

Requirements

• Experience repairing RVs, automobiles, trailers, heavy equipment, marine equipment, or similar products
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or mechanical repairs
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to continue learning
• Availability to work Saturdays during our busy season

Nice To Haves

• Red Seal certification
• Experience with trailer hitches and wiring
• Forklift and propane certification

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing RV plumbing, electrical, appliance, structural, and mechanical systems
• Performing routine maintenance and warranty repairs
• Troubleshooting issues and recommending appropriate repairs
• Communicating with the Service Manager and Service Advisors to confirm repair approvals
• Explaining repairs and maintenance recommendations to customers when needed
• Recording accurate notes and repair details on work orders
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
