Requirements

Proven experience as an RV Painter or automotive painter specializing in BASF & Sikkens paints.
Strong expertise in fiberglass repair and preparation techniques.
Knowledge of paint mixing, blending, and application processes.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-notch work.
Familiarity with spray booths, safety equipment, and painting tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including lifting and standing for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

Certification or training in automotive/RV painting techniques.
Knowledge of industry standards and environmental regulations.
Experience in custom paint jobs or designs is a plus.

Responsibilities

Prepare RV surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming.
Apply BASF Sikkens brand paints with precision to achieve high-quality finishes.
Perform fiberglass repair and preparation work to restore structural integrity and aesthetics.
Mix and match paint colors to achieve accurate and consistent results.
Operate and maintain painting equipment, such as spray guns and compressors.
Inspect completed paint jobs to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
Install bolt on exterior body components related to collision repair.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and environmental standards.
