About The Position

Our client is a growing RV service operation looking to add an experienced RV Service Technician to their team. This is a strong opportunity for a technician who has hands-on experience with general RV service work, understands how to diagnose and repair common RV systems, and is comfortable working on a variety of RV brands and unit types. The RV Service Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing RVs in a shop environment. This is a general RV service role, not a collision repair position. The ideal candidate will have experience working on multiple RV systems, including slide-outs, leveling systems, electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, roofs, and general interior and exterior components.

Requirements

  • Prior RV service technician experience strongly preferred
  • Experience working on a variety of RV brands and unit types
  • Hands-on experience with slide-outs and leveling systems
  • Strong general RV diagnostic and repair skills
  • Mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting ability
  • Ability to read repair orders and document work performed
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Dependable, professional, and safety-focused
  • Must have personal tools appropriate for the role

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair general RV service issues
  • Work on a variety of RV brands, makes, models, and unit types
  • Troubleshoot and repair slide-out systems
  • Diagnose and repair leveling systems
  • Perform service and repair work on motorhomes, travel trailers, fifth wheels, and other RV units
  • Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance, roof, and component-related issues
  • Complete inspections and identify needed repairs
  • Perform customer-pay, warranty, and internal repair work as assigned
  • Document repair findings, work performed, and parts needed
  • Communicate with service advisors, managers, parts, and other team members to support repair workflow
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining accuracy and quality
