About The Position
Join our team and work on a wide variety of RV systems in a fast-paced, professional shop environment. We are looking for a skilled RV Service Technician who is experienced in diagnosing and repairing RV mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and appliance systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable troubleshooting complex issues efficiently.
Requirements
- Previous RV technician experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of 12V/120V electrical systems
- Familiarity with RV appliances, slide-outs, leveling systems, and generators
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license required
Nice To Haves
- RVTI certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair RV electrical, plumbing, HVAC, propane, appliance, and mechanical systems
- Perform inspections, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on motorhomes and travel trailers
- Use diagnostic tools and service manuals to identify problems accurately
- Complete repair orders and documentation clearly and professionally
- Communicate findings and repair recommendations with service advisors and customers
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
