You will work side by side with experienced RV Service Technicians as you assist with inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance. You gain real-world experience troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, HVAC, propane, and appliance systems, while also helping with Pre-Delivery Inspections and preparing RVs for customers. You practice basic carpentry, upholstery, paint and body work, and minor chassis repairs, all while safely operating tools and diagnostic equipment. You keep your workspace organized, follow dealership safety protocols, and actively participate in hands-on and classroom training opportunities. Each task builds your confidence and skill set, positioning you for advancement into a full RV Service Technician role.
