This role involves leveraging strong communication and creative social media skills to build customer loyalty and drive sales. Success in this position is directly related to the effort invested, with significant earning potential. Key Responsibilities include engaging customers to understand their needs, developing in-depth knowledge of RV inventory, conducting product demonstrations and test drives, negotiating sales, answering questions about financing and warranties, maintaining post-sale communication to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business, monitoring industry trends, developing social media promotional campaigns, and representing the dealership at events.
