About The Position

Reno Airstream Adventures, a proud member of Lithia & Driveway, is seeking Sales Representatives to join their team. The mission is to inspire and enable exploration, rekindle old adventures, and forge new friendships through premium Airstream travel trailers. They provide an environment that fosters professional growth, celebrates successes, and values teamwork. The role involves learning all RV categories, staying updated on new products, presenting vehicle attributes and purchase options, and maintaining customer relationships.

Requirements

Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills and working knowledge of computers.
Self motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Experience in RV sales, is a plus.

Responsibilities

Learn all RV categories; tent trailer, fifth wheels, trailers, and luxury motorhomes.
Keep abreast of new products, features and accessories.
Attend product and training courses.
Present preliminary used vehicle appraisals, Airstream unit attributes, model options, features and advise on towing requirements.
Present purchase and finance options and store policies and all other value-added services to guests.
Ensure timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers.
Track guests using store specific management system/s.
Prepare departmental reports and metrics.
May cross train to perform other duties.
