If you're an experienced RV Sales Representative, Automotive Sales Consultant, or Motorhome Sales Associate—or you're coming from another customer-facing, commission-driven sales role—we offer the training, support, and earning potential to help you build a long-term career in RV sales. Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- State Sales License (or ability to obtain one)
- Clear and effective communication and customer service skills
- Basic math skills for managing transactions and calculations
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous RV, automotive, or outdoor/camping industry sales experience
Responsibilities
- Sell a variety of RVs, travel trailers, and motorhomes each month while prioritizing customer satisfaction
- Welcome customers, help them find their perfect RV, and explain product features and benefits
- Prepare and process all sales paperwork accurately and in line with dealership policies
- Build relationships with satisfied customers to encourage repeat business and attract new clients through referrals
- Conduct engaging, safe test drives for prospective RV buyers while following all safety protocols
- Stay informed about the latest RV models, features, and industry trends to enhance your expertise
- Participate in product and sales training sessions to continuously improve your skills
- Establish personal income goals and develop strategies to achieve them
