Requirements

Two years of Coordinator experience.
Strong communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Strong computer skills.
Proficiency in Outlook and all Microsoft programs required.

Familiarity or general knowledge of the RV industry.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative assistance and support to sales team.
Order supplies and equipment for the store as needed.
Communicate with customers on post-sale follow-up and send out GM letters.
Review deals prior to OM to assist in checking for accuracy.
Answer phones and greet incoming customers.
Process coach logs, new unit and transfer arrivals.
Perform any other tasks deemed necessary by supervisor.
Increase sales through proper and timely implementation of marketing and merchandising programs.
Conduct cycle counts, stock adjustments and assist with inventory management.
Plan and implement product presentations to include signage and pricing.
Promptly display new products and dispose of discontinued products in accordance with markdown program.
May balance daily receipts record cash, checks and credit card payments.
May cross-train to perform other duties.
