The RV Rental Coordinator is responsible for delivering a smooth, positive rental experience from start to finish. This role supports customers through the rental process, coordinates scheduling and unit readiness, and helps ensure each customer feels confident and prepared to navigate their RV. Requirements

  • Must have a valid DL
  • Positive, professional attitude
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow (RV knowledge can be taught!)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
  • Calm under pressure, with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
  • Team player with a “jump in and help” mindset

Nice To Haves

  • RV, Camping, or Towing experience
  • Dealership, Rental or Hospitality background
  • Administrative or scheduling experience

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist rental customers in person, by phone/text/email
  • Explain the RV rental process clearly and confidently
  • Check units in and out, complete inspections, and document condition
  • Coordinate schedules for pickups, returns, and prep
  • Answer questions and troubleshoot basic issues
  • Handle paperwork, payments, and customer files
  • Support cleaning/prep coordination between rentals
  • Help solve last-minute changes
