About The Position
Ron Hoover RV & Marine Centers is seeking a dedicated and experienced RV Park Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our RV park. This is a hands-on position that requires strong leadership, excellent customer service, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience managing an RV park, campground, or hospitality property preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and be on-call as needed
- Must have a valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Manage all daily operations of the RV park, including guest check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and billing
- Supervise and schedule park staff (maintenance, groundskeeping, housekeeping)
- Ensure the property is well-maintained and compliant with all safety and regulatory standards
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolve guest concerns, and create a positive guest experience
- Maintain accurate records of occupancy, payments, and maintenance logs
- Market the RV park through local outreach, online platforms, and promotional events
