About The Position

The RV Park Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests. This position supports daily park operations by assisting guests, monitoring facilities, and ensuring campsites and common areas meet established standards. The attendant plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service and enhancing the overall guest experience.

Requirements

Previous customer service, hospitality, or campground experience preferred.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience in customer service and cash handling preferred.
Basic knowledge of RV operations and campground systems preferred.

Knowledge of APM marina services and amenities.
Skills which allow for the tactful resolution of guest problems or concerns.
Knowledge or ability to be trained in fire extinguisher operation.
Knowledge or ability to be trained in ISO/EMS awareness.
Knowledge or ability to be trained in employee orientation.
Knowledge or ability to be trained in hazard communication
Knowledge or ability to be trained in hazardous materials response/respiratory protection.
Knowledge or ability to be trained in emergency response.
Knowledge or ability to be trained in recyclable materials.
Knowledge or ability to be trained in blood borne pathogen awareness.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and provide information about RV park facilities, services, and local attractions
Responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in timely and professional manner
Register guests and assign campsites based on availability and specific requests
Collect fees and deposits, handle cash and credit card transactions, and maintain accurate records
Monitor RV park activity and enforce park policies and regulations
Assist with maintenance and cleaning of RV park facilities
Coordinate with other departments and staff to ensure smooth operations of the RV park
Respond to guest complaints or concerns and resolve any issues in a timely manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the RV park, including the campsites, common areas, and surrounding grounds
Employees are required to maintain a clean, professional appearance and adhere to company uniform standards at all times
Possess the ability to react productively to other duties as reasonably assigned
