About The Position

As a RV & Marine Relationship Manager in the designated area (Detroit or Indianapolis), you will develop and maintain profitable, quality indirect lending relationships with RV & Marine dealers within a market. Products offered as part of a moderate to large portfolio would include Dealer originated RV/Marine consumer loans and traditional banking products and services. Responsibilities include dealer sales, service, and the training of dealership staff. Builds business by identifying new opportunities and demonstrating value to Dealer customers, which requires a thorough knowledge of bank and competitor products. Monitors competition and makes suggestions for product improvements. Assists/trains less experienced employees. This position must be located in Detroit or Indianapolis with the ability to travel 80% to dealers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in prior Financial Services experience in Business to Business Sales (outside sales)
  • High School diploma
  • Must live in the designated market and have ability to travel to neighboring states on a regular basis
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficient at typing and completing Pre call sales plans and documenting in a CRM system
  • Familiar with Industry reporting and metrics
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

  • Local Dealer knowledge and relationships preferred
  • Experience working with multiple dealership and dealer groups
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
