About The Position
World Wide RV, a premier family-owned Jayco Dealer for over 60 years, is seeking an RV Exterior Detailer to join their growing team. This is a hands-on role focused on making RVs look showroom perfect, allowing families to hit the road in beautiful vehicles. The position involves working outdoors, staying active, and offers paid training, making prior RV experience unnecessary.
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Comfortable working outdoors year-round (including Arizona summers)
- Able to work safely on ladders and at heights
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
- Team player who can also work independently
Nice To Haves
- Forklift experience is a plus — we will train the right person
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Responsibilities
- Wash, clean, and detail exteriors of travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, and motorhomes
- Scrub RV roofs — removing dirt, debris, and buildup
- Safely use ladders for roof cleaning
- Maintain detailing equipment and supplies
- Move RVs in and out of detail bays using a forklift (and spotter)
- Help organize inventory and keep the lot looking sharp
- Support Sales and Service teams as needed
- Maintain clean dealership buildings and grounds
- Clean and stock restrooms
- Handle trash removal and general housekeeping
- Assist with miscellaneous maintenance projects
