About The Position

The RV Detailer is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and presentation of RVs to ensure they meet dealership standards and are customer-ready. This role focuses on interior and exterior detailing, quality control, and preparation of RVs for delivery, display, and service completion. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and takes pride in producing high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. This is a seasonal position. The employer has identified this position as a safety-sensitive position and requires pre-employment drug screening, including for non-psychoactive THC. Requirements

Prior experience in RV, automotive detailing, or lot maintenance is a plus but not required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong organizational skills and ability to follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Clean and detail the interior and exterior of RVs, including washing, waxing, buffing, and vacuuming.
Remove dirt, stains, and grime from all surfaces, including carpets, upholstery, and exteriors.
Apply protective coatings such as wax, sealants, and interior treatments.
Ensure RVs are cleaned and presentable before customer delivery or display.
Maintain detailing supplies and equipment, ensuring proper storage and care.
Report any damages, needed repairs, or detailing supply shortages to the service or operations manager.
Other duties as assigned.
