About The Position
Join Canada’s largest vertically integrated RV dealer network and help prepare our rental fleet to deliver safe and memorable vacations for our customers. Fraserway RV is hiring a Seasonal RV Detailer – Rentals to support the preparation and maintenance of our rental fleet. This hands-on role focuses on cleaning, inspecting, and preparing RVs to meet our high standards of quality and cleanliness before they are delivered to customers.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Reliable with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently
Nice To Haves
- Experience in RV, automotive, or fleet detailing is considered an asset
- Interest in RVs and basic knowledge of RV systems is an asset
Responsibilities
- Clean interior and exterior of rental RVs (vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing, washing)
- Prepare RVs for rental departures according to Fraserway RV quality standards
- Perform basic visual inspections to ensure units are clean and customer-ready
- Use cleaning products, tools, and equipment safely and properly
- Mix and handle cleaning solutions according to safety guidelines
- Drive and move RVs within the dealership lot as required
- Report damage or maintenance concerns to the Rental Manager or technician
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of detailing bays and rental yard
- Follow company health and safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Support general rental operations as required
