About The Position

Hilltop Camper & RV is seeking an RV Detailer to maintain the appearance of their RVs and lot. This role is ideal for an individual who is detail-oriented, takes pride in their work, and enjoys a fast-paced environment. The company is a 3rd generation, family-owned camper & RV dealership with multiple locations in Minnesota, recognized as a TOP 50 Dealer in the US and Canada.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented and takes pride in their work.
• Enjoys working independently and as part of a team.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various weather conditions.
• Comfortable using cleaning tools and light maintenance equipment.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and follow established cleaning and maintenance procedures.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in detailing or cleaning is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and detail RV interiors and exteriors to ensure they are showroom-ready.
• Wash and apply product protectant to RV exteriors.
• Clean and sanitize RV interiors.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stocked.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.
