About the Role Pete’s RV Center is seeking an RV Detailer to ensure our units are clean, polished, and ready for customer delivery. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys hands-on tasks, and wants to be part of a team that directly impacts the customer experience.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Good communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

Previous detailing or cleaning experience is a plus—but not required.

Responsibilities

Wash and condition RV exteriors, including tires, wheels, and undercarriage.
Perform waxing, buffing, and polishing to maintain appearance and protect surfaces.
Clean and sanitize RV interiors (vacuuming, dusting, detailing appliances)
Polish chrome and interior/exterior components
Inspect units for defects (scratches, dents, damage, etc.)
Prepare units for display and customer delivery.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of detailing area.
Assist technicians with prep work as needed.
Support dealership upkeep (trash removal, general cleaning, restrooms, etc.)
Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
