Requirements

Experience in detailing, automotive cleaning, or general labor (preferred but not required for RV Detailer).
Strong communication and customer service skills (for Service Advisors).
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment (for Service Advisors).
Automotive, RV, or service writing experience (for Service Advisors).
Experience in RV, automotive, diesel, marine, construction, HVAC, or maintenance repair (for RV Technicians).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team (for RV Technicians).

Responsibilities

Cleaning interiors and exteriors of RVs, washing units, and polishing surfaces to ensure a showroom-ready appearance.
Acting as a liaison between customers and the service department, explaining repair needs, scheduling appointments, and providing updates.
Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining RV systems such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and slide-outs.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving mechanical and technical issues.
