Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist them with their RV parts and service needs.
- Prepare and manage service work orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs and services are scheduled efficiently.
- Maintain inventory and order parts for RV systems such as refrigerators, furnaces, and air conditioning units.
- Process warranty claims and help ensure reimbursements are completed properly.
- Step in to support the team by assisting with guest transactions and assigning work orders when needed.
- Keep the parts department organized, clean, and running efficiently.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable experiences for our guests.
- Build positive relationships with teammates across all departments.
