About The Position

Howdy RV in Aransas Pass, TX is expanding its sales team and hiring a motivated RV & Boat Sales Representative. This role is for individuals who thrive in commission sales, enjoy building relationships, and want significant income potential in the RV and marine industry. The position requires professionals who are aggressive in their follow-up, generate referrals, manage pipelines effectively, and take ownership of every opportunity. This is not a passive sales role.

Requirements

1+ year of experience in commission sales (RV, automotive, marine, powersports, or similar preferred)
Strong closing skills and follow-up discipline
Comfortable working in a 100% commission structure
$300/week draw option available
Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
Professional communication skills (in-person, phone, and online)
CRM experience preferred
Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Sell pre-owned and consigned RVs and boats in a high-traffic dealership environment
Guide customers through the full purchase process — from initial inquiry to delivery
Respond quickly to internet, phone, and walk-in leads
Build and manage a strong pipeline using CRM tools
Prospect for new business and generate referrals
Present financing options and work closely with the finance team
Maintain strong product knowledge across travel trailers, fifth wheels, motorhomes, and boats
Deliver an exceptional customer experience that drives repeat business and referrals
