The Rural Nebraska Health Network (RNHN) Manager provides essential coordination and operational support to advance rural health initiatives across participating hospitals, clinics, and community partners. This role serves as the central connector for communication, project tracking, grant support, documentation, and reporting activities that strengthen collaboration across the Network. The Manager partners closely with hospital CEOs, administrators, and stakeholders to ensure alignment, follow-through, and successful execution of Network priorities. This position plays a vital role in keeping initiatives organized, on track, and moving forward. A Day in the Life As the RNHN Manager, no two days look exactly alike—but most involve balancing coordination, communication, and project support activities, such as: Organizing and facilitating Network meetings, including agendas, materials, minutes, and action tracking Connecting with hospital leaders and partners to share updates, gather input, and ensure alignment Monitoring project timelines, deliverables, and progress across multiple rural health initiatives Preparing reports, summaries, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders Supporting grant-related activities, including documentation, tracking, and reporting Maintaining accurate records, contact lists, and communication logs for the Network Identifying gaps, delays, or barriers and escalating issues appropriately Assisting with planning events, training sessions, and collaborative activities Traveling to partner sites and meetings across rural Nebraska
