About The Position

Are you passionate about making Vermont the best place to grow older or live with a disability—with dignity, respect, and independence? If so, we invite you to bring your skills and energy to a dynamic team at the Department of Disabilities, Aging and Independent Living (DAIL). The RHT Business Project Manager position is a key position in the DAIL Commissioner’s Office and will be accountable for leading DAIL’s RHT projects, including expanding LNA training in Vermont and expanding nursing home capacity to provide ventilator and dialysis services, as part of Vermont’s larger RHT Plan. You will report directly to the DAIL Deputy Commissioner and play a central role in advancing strategic priorities. The Rural Health Transformation (RHT) project is supported by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) as part of a financial assistance award totaling $195,053,740.44 with 100 percent funded by CMS/HHS.
