DAIL is seeking a Business Project Manager to lead the Rural Health Transformation (RHT) Project—a high-impact initiative shaping the future of care across Vermont. The RHT Business Project Manager position is a key position in the DAIL Commissioner’s Office and will be accountable for leading DAIL’s RHT projects, including expanding LNA training in Vermont and expanding nursing home capacity to provide ventilator and dialysis services, as part of Vermont’s larger RHT Plan. The RHT Business Project Manager will: Engage extensively with nursing homes and key partners Lead and manage complex projects from planning through implementation Oversee monitoring, evaluation, and reporting efforts Collaborate across agencies to drive progress and alignment Supervise a grants manager Contribute to meaningful system-level improvements in long-term care You will report directly to the DAIL Deputy Commissioner and play a central role in advancing strategic priorities.
