As a Project Manager within the Transformation Management Office (TMO), you will serve as a strategic partner and operational leader supporting the Senior Director of Transformation and VP of Transformation, and the innovation team. You will lead the design, execution, and cross-functional implementation of high-impact transformation initiatives, including Integrated Business Planning, GTM redesign, and AI/GenAI acceleration, while driving tool development, onboarding and coordinating external vendors, and program deployment. The immediate term will require a special focus on AI and gen AI innovation, adoption, and scaling. As such you will be responsible for prioritizing use cases for experimentation and scaling, identifying the right infrastructure and solutions for scaling together with the innovation teams, and driving adoption, change management and success measurement across brands. This role demands a seasoned leader capable of managing complex workstreams, influencing senior stakeholders, and guiding junior team members-within your own team and across brand teams. In addition, you will serve as ambassador of the transformation team across the brands and regions, shaping executive communications and ELT update materials, and strategic analyses that inform enterprise-wide decisions.
