The CDC Foundation is seeking a mission-driven and highly organized Associate Director of Finance to support the Kentucky Rural Health Transformation Program (RHT). The Kentucky RHT is a statewide initiative funded through the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to transform healthcare delivery across rural Kentucky. The program operates across five interdependent initiatives — Rural Community Hubs, PoWER (perinatal health), Rapid Response to Recovery (behavioral health and crisis care), Rooted In Health (integrated/oral health), and Crisis To Care (community trauma care and EMS) — coordinated by a central program office. This role sits at the center of that coordination. The RHT Associate Director of Finance provides leadership and oversight for financial compliance, reporting, and grant administration, ensuring adherence to federal and state requirements and the accuracy of program financial information. The RHT Associate Director of Finance leads a financial compliance team and collaborates with executive leadership, program teams, and partner divisions to manage financial reporting, contracts, budgets, and grant-related activities. The ideal candidate brings grants and financial management expertise, strong knowledge of federal and state grant requirements and a demonstrated ability to lead complex financial compliance and reporting activities. They are a collaborative, detail-oriented leader who can communicate financial information to executive and programmatic audiences, and coordinate across diverse teams to ensure accurate reporting, sound fiscal management, and regulatory compliance.
