The Program Coordinator II (Rural Community Engagement & Impact Coordinator), under general supervision, coordinates the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of community-engaged initiatives aligned with the Behavioral Health Workforce Initiative (BHWI) and related workforce development, community health, resilience, and regional capacity-building efforts. The position supports partnership development, place-based program implementation, cross-sector collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and applied evaluation activities, designed to strengthen community outcomes, regional impact, and organizational learning while informing continuous improvement efforts. The Coordinator works collaboratively with internal and external partners to support implementation, impact measurement, strategic planning, and future funding opportunities while ensuring community-engaged work is effectively coordinated, documented, and aligned with program and organizational goals.
