About The Position

TMD Staffing is looking to hire Runners / Electric Pallet Jack Operators in Baytown, TX! This is a temporary position in a cold storage warehouse environment. The role involves operating electric pallet jacks, picking items according to order specifications, assisting with loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining a clean work area. Experience in warehouse picking is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate can work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Requirements

• Ability to work in cold storage environments, including temperatures as low as -10°F
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods
• Safety-conscious, reliable, and adaptable

Nice To Haves

• Experience in warehouse picking preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Experience with warehouse operations or electric pallet jacks preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate electric pallet jacks to pick and transport cases throughout the warehouse
• Accurately pick items according to order specifications and place them in designated areas
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks and containers as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Perform regular equipment checks and report any maintenance issues
• Other warehouse duties as required to support operations
