Requirements

• High School diploma or higher, must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to obtain Food Handlers Card within new hire training period
• Must be able to obtain California Responsible Beverage Service certification within new hire training period
• Must be available to work weekends

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant doing above or similar duties or prior customer service experience is preferred
• Very strong organizational skills
• Ability to always maintain professionalism even under high volume, stressful times, and situations

Responsibilities

• Run food to tables, ensuring the correct quality is present first, bus tables, provide needed items, and check on tables throughout service
• Run food window as expo and coordinate orders for other runners to run and deliver to tables
• Complete normal and additional cleaning and sanitation as required
• Answer customer questions as needed on food items, beers, retail or other.
• Know and understand the fundamentals of our beers and the brewing process
• Look for ways to improve the guest experience.
• Alert a manager if there are any problems
• Be dressed properly, organized, and ready to clock in on time
• Always be positive and proactive with the guests and co-workers.
• Work as a team with other staff to ensure a smooth and successful working environment.
• Treat every guest as your own.
• Always help anyone on staff
• Preform other related duties as assigned
