About The Position

Delivers food and beverage items to concessions stands and bartenders in a timely, professional, and efficient manner. In this position, the runner should have an understanding of the content of the menu and ensures that product is delivered in a timely fashion. The runner should understand and follow food safety and sanitation guidelines and help with the execution of area setup and breakdown.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all food and beverage is properly delivered and/or stored.
• Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
• Follow set up and break down process efficiently.
• Thoroughly completes all event set-up and breakdown responsibilities within timelines provided.
• Performs post events product inventory and restocks as needed.
• Understands all event paperwork and reports.
• Act with a sense of urgency and professionalism.
• Understanding the importance of maintaining equipment.
• Adhere to location appearance guidelines.
• Helps fellow employees whenever necessary.
• Interacts with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards.
• Completes side work as assigned.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
