About The Position
The Saint experience focuses on fresh pasta, dry-aged steaks, and options for vegetarians and vegans. We are looking for a Runner to join our team at The Saint!
Requirements
- Candidates must be able to bend and lift to 50 lbs.
- Candidate must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be a team player, have a positive attitude, and communicate effectively.
- Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule, must be able to work weekends, and holiday.
Nice To Haves
- Prior running experience in fine dining preferred.
- Passion for food, beverage and service.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner, making them feel welcome.
- Communicate with expeditor or Chef to ensure delivery of food to the correct table and seat numbers.
- Describe all food accurately and answer any questions pertaining to items.
- Communicate any needs of the guest to servers, kitchen and management.
- Clear away any finished plates and maintain proper table cleanliness.
- Help support other areas of the FOH when time permits.
- Continuously polish all china and serving utensils, maintain cleanliness, organization of station, and service area.
- Perform assigned open and closing side-work.
- Perform other job-related duties as requested.
