About The Position

This role requires positive customer service skills and the ability to handle various tasks related to valet parking. A background in hospitality or customer service is a plus, as you will be interacting with guests regularly.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or the equivalent preferred
• Valid Driver's License in Good Standing
• Must have the ability to multitask
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Positive Attitude
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed

Nice To Haves

• A background in hospitality or customer service is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests as they arrive at the property
• Safely assist with vehicle retrieval upon guest request
• Provide excellent customer service to customers at all times
• Maintain cleanliness of service area
• Make sure all vehicles/keys are organized and in appropriate areas
• Assist service department where needed
• Ensure compliance with all parking regulations and policies.
