About The Position

Driving artists and crew to/from airports, hotels and venue on show days in Foundation provided vehicles Executing errands for both artist production teams and Program and Production staff in a timely and efficient manner, to include but not limited to: Grocery shopping Post office pickups and drop-offs Ad hoc errands Ability to maintain appropriate vehicle care and cleanliness. Assist Foundation Staff and touring personnel with tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Comfortability driving passenger and sprinter vans
• Familiarity with DC/Northern VA helpful.
• Must maintain a demeanor of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Must have strong communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Must be available early mornings, late nights, and weekends according to performance schedule.
• Candidates who are being considered for this position will be required to submit a current certified DMV driving record.
• The driving record must be completely clean with no moving violations, accidents, or points.
• Hiring will be contingent upon the submission and approval of a certified DMV driving record.
• We’re pleased to consider applicants who will be physically located in and who will have a local address in Virginia, Maryland, or the District of Columbia for the duration of their employment.
• Applicants who reside in any other state would be required to be physically located in and provide a local address in Virginia, Maryland, or the District of Columbia prior to starting work for Wolf Trap Foundation.
