About The Position

Serve as primary caretakers of the overall backstage experience for artists and touring personnel. Attend to artists and touring personnel with a warm and welcoming demeanor Arrange and display hospitality items in dressing rooms Recommend creative ideas to improve certain artist experiences Assist in routine upkeep of backstage amenities Grocery shopping to fulfill artist dressing room rider requirements. Keep detailed inventory of all backstage hospitality items. Maintain and distribute towel service. Preparing both brewed coffee and hand-crafted espresso beverages for artists and touring personnel on backstage espresso bar (prior barista experience encouraged, but not required, training occurs onsite). Stocking refrigerators, arranging items in dressing rooms as well as other errands. Support Production Assistants with any additional requests. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Must be detail oriented and punctual.
  • Must maintain a demeanor of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and drive a cargo van.
  • Must be available early mornings, late nights, and weekends according to performance schedule.
