About The Position

Manage the Stage Door reception desk. Serve as a welcome point for backstage staff, visiting touring personnel, and public guests. Answer questions and provide directions to artists, touring personnel, and Foundation staff as necessary. Answer and route phone calls, sign for deliveries, and sort mail. Organize and maintain the Stage Door desk; ensure necessary supplies are appropriately stocked. Assist as needed in carrying out of emergency protocols in the event of an emergency, including evacuation and severe weather. Monitor Foundation and NPS radio traffic for relevant information. Assist with opening and closing the building on performance days. Assists with VIP and Meet and Greet programs when applicable, Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must have a customer-service and hospitality-oriented mindset.
  • Must be available early mornings, late nights, and weekends according to performance schedule.
  • Must be detail oriented and punctual.
  • Must maintain a demeanor of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
