About The Position

Responsible for delivering food and beverages to the Mahogany Bar, working closely with food servers to coordinate timely service of ordered items from the kitchen. This role also involves verifying orders with the kitchen and transporting food items according to proper handling guidelines, along with performing assorted prep work as needed.

Requirements

• Must have excellent communication skills, be polite, and present a neat appearance at all times.
• The ability to work with others as a team in an efficient manner.
• The ability to work in a fast –paced environment.
• You will need to be available to work all shifts.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You also must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain and maintain a WV Racing License.

Nice To Haves

• Helpful to be TIPS and Food Handlers certified, if not training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the food servers in coordinating the timing of service of ordered items by delivering those items from the Kitchen to the Server, in a timely manner.
• Required to verify the items ordered with the kitchen.
• Transport all food items following proper food handling guidelines.
• Assorted prep work as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
