About The Position

Assists servers and delivers food to dining room patrons in a timely, professional, and efficient manner while supporting overall dining room operations. Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supports servers in preparing the dining room, including table setup and maintaining cleanliness.
• Delivers food orders to guests promptly and accurately.
• Busses tables and assists with clearing and resetting as needed.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of food temperatures in accordance with HACCP standards.
• Follows all sanitation and safety procedures when handling food and equipment.
• Interacts with customers to ensure satisfaction and a positive dining experience.
• Communicates and collaborates with co-workers to meet company service standards.
• Completes assigned side work and additional duties as required.
• Maintains a personal commitment to safety for self and others.
• Adheres to all Company policies and procedures.
