Requirements
- Reliable and committed
- Comfortable leading groups

- Ready to be a positive ambassador for the program
- Every Wednesday evening during the 16-week training block
- Every Saturday morning during the 16-week training block
- Race day mornings/afternoons as scheduled
- Monthly virtual coach and leadership meetings
Responsibilities
- Lead weekly group runs
- Communicate important program updates
- Support participants on their training journey
- Represent the program at races and community events
- Help foster an encouraging, welcoming, and inclusive environment
