About The Position

This role requires a seasoned Ruby on Rails Consultant with a strong background in software development and a focus on designing and implementing complex business logic. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Ruby on Rails, testing frameworks, and modern AI-augmented development tools.

Requirements

• 4-yr Technical Degree (CS or equivalent)
• 8+ years of SW development
• 5+ years of Ruby on Rails
• 3+ years designing and implementing complex business logic, state machines, or rule engines (AASM, Workflow, or custom rules engines)
• 3+ years of RSpec, MiniTest, and comprehensive integration testing suites
• 3+ years using AI-augmented development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar technologies
